The 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner Alpha Front Bumper is designed for those who want aggressive styling with uncompromising durability. Built entirely from heavy-duty steel, its fully enclosed outer shell offers superior protection while maintaining a clean, streamlined look. A precision-cut center slot accommodates a light bar, complemented by mounting points for two auxiliary lights, ensuring enhanced visibility on the trail.
Product Features:
- Laser-scanned for precision fitment, ensuring accuracy to within 0.005 inches for a superior fit.
- The frame mounting plate, inner support plate, skid support plate, and inner and outer wings are constructed from 3/16" HRPO steel. Inner main vertical plates are made from 1/4” thick steel, while the wing support brackets with integrated shackle mounts are built from 3/8" steel, reinforced with 1.5" OD .250 wall DOM tubing. All remaining sheet metal components use 11-gauge HRPO steel, and the tubing is 1.75" OD 11-gauge ERW steel.
- The bumper is designed to fit an Extreme LED 22" X6 10W lightbar. The fog light holes are 2.5" in size and project straight forward, creating a slightly oval shape.
- Oversized mounting points and included hardware allow for adjustability to accommodate frame variations, ensuring flexible installation.
- Weighs approximately 80 lbs., with additional weight if grille guard tubing is added.

THIS IS A PRE-FABRICATED BUMPER. Ready-to-install, professionally welded and finished for immediate use.
- Not compatible with body lifts without leaving a gap; works with stock height and suspension-lifted vehicles.
- Small surface imperfections, such as minor rust spots or shallow scratches, may be present due to manufacturing and shipping processes.
- To achieve the tightest fitment and strongest mounting design, trimming 2 inches off the front of the vehicle’s frame rails is required. This modification does not compromise the frame’s integrity. After cutting, clean and coat the trimmed area with spray paint to prevent rust.
- This is NOT A WINCH BUMPER. There is no room or mounting points for a winch inside the bumper.
